Family Camping Resort is a luxury camping destination that has been a family
tradition since 1971. Normandy Farms is conveniently nestled in the woods
between Boston and Cape Cod in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
We pride ourselves in being one of the finest RV resorts, winning 3
National Awards as "RV Park of the Year" and having been featured on the Travel
Channel as one of the Premier Parks in the World. Our peak season is during the
summer when we have approximately 100 staff members. Each year we seek

Birthday Party Hosts
This energetic team provides two hours of entertainment for the birthday
children and guests. Once the birthday family arrives, the hosts take over and
organize the entire party from start to finish. The birthday child is the center
of attention and party hosts are expected to WOW the guests with the high level
of energy and attention provided. There are various themed parties for the guest
to choose from and the party hosts perform all the necessary set up and clean up
for the party. Birthday parties are held September through May and are scheduled
for Sunday afternoons or Monday through Thursday after school.

Building Cleaning
Maintenance/Housekeeping
Our expert housekeeping staff is a major reason why we have received so much
recognition in the camping industry including a 5W rating from Woodall’s for our
facilities. In this position, you will perform moderate to heavy cleaning tasks
in the resort’s various buildings, including restroom and rental units. Thorough
cleaning tasks include washing floors, vacuuming, cleaning windows, cleaning
restroom facilities, and other housekeeping duties as assigned. Must be
efficient and extremely attentive to detail.

Concierge
This unique position entails providing helpful resources about the park and area
attractions while assisting guests in a friendly and expeditious manner. You
will help in planning our guest's vacation by distributing maps and providing
extensive information on the surrounding areas including Boston, Cape Cod, and
Newport. You will also provide basic computer and business center support.
Additionally, you will be trained in our computerized reservation system so that
you can assist guests with their camping reservations both in person and over
the phone. Computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task are required. This
position also shares some of the duties and responsibilities of the Recreation
Staff and Lodge Attendants.

Grounds Maintenance Crew
The bar has been set high by our reputation for extremely well maintained
grounds. This position requires moderate to heavy physical activity. Duties
consist of (but are not limited to) lawn mowing (hand and riding) and upkeep of
sites and surrounding areas. Upkeep of sites includes moving picnic tables,
cleaning fireplaces, raking, weeding, shoveling, and other duties as assigned.
In this position you will be trimming and pruning shrubs, spreading wood chips,
and maintaining flowerbeds. With over 100 acres, there is much to maintain and
fortunately we have the best landscaping crew in the industry!

Guest Service
Representative
Come join our award winning team! We are known throughout the industry for
providing outstanding Guest service. Individuals will be educated in the
application of our computerized reservation and phone system as guest service
tools. Components of this role are front desk operations including Guest
Reception, extensive phone contact, and general duties as assigned. You will
assist in planning our guest's vacation by distributing maps and providing
extensive information on the surrounding areas including Boston, Cape Cod, and
Newport. This position also requires good diplomatic skills when dealing with
conflict resolution. Good communication skills, teamwork, the ability to
multi-task, and being able to work well under pressure will help you succeed at
this role.

Hospitality Host
A great first impression makes a lasting one. Our Hospitality Hosts welcome
guests at our hospitality station located at the entrance of the park. You are
the eyes and ears at the front gate. A person in this position greets guests in
a friendly and expeditious manner, checks guests into the park, provides
information about the park and answers any questions, and makes sure all guests
are registered. Skills required for this position include someone who is
outgoing, energetic, attentive to detail, has the ability to multi-task, and
works well under pressure.

Landscape
Maintenance
Normandy Farms has
earned a reputation for our beautifully landscaped grounds. We pride
ourselves with manicured flowerbeds in Spring, Summer, and Fall. Our
landscaping artists are responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining a
landscaped portrait for our guests.

Mechanic
Normandy Farms has a fleet of equipment that must be maintained. Duties
include, but are not limited to cleaning and repairing all power tools, trucks,
and tractors. Must have experience and be detail oriented.

Park Ranger
Escorts campers to their sites, performs various errands for the Reception
Center, and assists with the upkeep of all areas of the campground. A park
ranger is also expected to maintain and enforce park policies. Someone who
can multi-task and prioritize is extremely helpful. This fast paced position
also includes maintenance work such as sweeping, cleaning sites, and raking.
Knowledge of basic electrical and familiarity with RV's is required.

Pool Hosts
Work in one of our beautiful,
indoor or outdoor pool complexes as a pool host. Pool hosts greet and supervise
guests using the pool facilities by enforcing general safety rules and
maintaining the cleanliness of the pool facility, including restroom facilities
and our fitness center. Pool maintenance includes vacuuming, cleaning the deck,
filter baskets and skimmers, taking regular chemical readings, and other duties
as assigned. This position requires you to be outside standing and walking most
of the time. Most of all, this position requires good diplomatic skills when
dealing with rule enforcement and guest concerns.

Recreation Counselor
The Recreation Program at Normandy Farms is top in the field for providing the
highest quality and most memorable activities for guests of all ages. If you
enjoy working with people of all ages, playing games and sports, being outdoors,
and having fun, than a Recreation Counselor might be the right summer job for
you. This is a full-time position during the summer months, and part time
during the Fall, Winter and Spring making it the perfect job for a college

Recreation Lodge Attendant
Our Recreation Lodge is the hub of activity at the resort. In this position you
will interact with and supervise guests of all ages using the lodge. You will
enforce facility policies and rules and also perform moderate to heavy cleaning
duties. Cleaning duties include (but are not limited to) mopping, vacuuming,
sweeping, cleaning restroom facilities, and windows. This position also requires
good diplomatic skills when dealing with conflict resolution. Good communication
skills, teamwork, the ability to multi-task, and being able to work well under
pressure will help you succeed at this role.

Sales Assistant/Store
& Gift Shop
Located at our Reception center, our extensive store and gift shop is a major
activity center. Here you will handle Guest retail transactions including
extensive cash register functions using our computerized point of sale system,
stocking, and light to moderate maintenance of Reception center and campground
store. Maintenance duties may include, but are not limited to, cleaning windows,
dusting, and general cleaning projects as assigned. You can expect a large
amount of guest contact in this role.

WORKAMPER PROGRAM

Farms, owned and operated by the Daniels family, is one of more than 5,000

Workampers. Workampers are adventuresome singles and couples who enjoy a
wonderful lifestyle that combines working and camping.
Normandy Farms, which has been named
"National RV Park of the Year" 3 times, has been in the Daniels family
since 1759 when Francis Daniels, a French army officer overcame numerous
travails to carve a farm out of the wilderness. Today, the seventh,
eighth, and ninth generations of the Daniels family share their heritage

Our Workamper program typically starts April
15th thru May 1st, varying on the specific job. The program continues
through the summer ending between September 15th and the end of October.
Hours range from 20 to 40/week depending upon the season. We provide you
with a campsite, as well as water, electric (30amp), & sewer, plus an
hourly wage. Please inquire about our site salary package. Propane &
telephone service is available, but is not provided. Other employee
discounts are available throughout the park.
