Yurt
What's a YURT? YURT is an acronym for "Year-round Universal Recreation Tent". They've
been used for centuries for various purposes; however more recently they are
being used at ecotourism destinations, at many ski mountains and at resorts like
Normandy Farms. The compact circular shape of the YURT and combination of
lightweight members in tension and compression make the structure highly
efficient in maximizing strength while minimizing the use of materials. Though
generally classified as a tent, the yurt is much stronger and weather tight than
a tent.
But this is no ordinary YURT! This YURT comes
equipped with a flat screen TV, fireplace, AC/Heat, a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet,
kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave and toaster. There is a
private bedroom with a full bed and a large pullout couch (mattress size 64" x
72") in the living room
along with 2 pullout chairs. There are 4 windows that overlook the scenic pond
area and a deck that wraps around the YURT complete with a grill, table and
chairs.

June - Labor Day: Weekly $1650 (Sunday - Sunday)
Spring & Fall: Weekend $395, Weekly $895, Midweek $99/night
(Sunday-Thursday, 2 night minimum)
*plus 6.25% tax

Pet Restrictions
Please note, that one of our Yurts (Y3) has been
designated as pet-friendly; however there are just a few restrictions:
• 2 dog maximum
• Must be friendly, well trained and behaved
• Must be at least 1 year old
• Dogs are not
permitted on the furniture
• Visitors are not permitted to bring pets
• An additional $50 security deposit is required
per dog
