A Healthy, Delicious Summer Treat

With temperatures soaring into the 90’s this week, we are all going to be looking for some cool, delicious treats to enjoy. As a personal favorite for a hot summer night, here is the recipe for Guilt-Free Chocolate Mousse!image


  • Fat Free Cool Whip
  • Sugar-free Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • Low fat milk (Skim or 2%)
  • Berries


In a large bowl, combine 1 box of pudding mix and 3 cups of milk. Stir until it begins thickening. Then add one cup of cool whip and mix until well combined. Set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or more then spoon into a serving bowl. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
