Themed Birthday Parties

Boot Camp (ages 6-12) Fee: Sun $250 M-Th $225 This exciting military theme party can include a scavenger hunt, obstacle course, & tug of war among other games. The objective is to work together as a team!

Survivor (ages 6-12) Fee: Sun $250 M-Th $225 Join the “Siku” and “Kipaji” tribes of Normandy Farms and get set to face a series of immunity challenges that will keep you running!

Pool Party (ages 6 to 12) Fee: Sun $250; M-Th $225 Splish-Splash! Guests will have the option to play age appropriate group games or simply enjoy free play. Pool toys will be provided for added fun! Guests under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. Available Sunday – Thursday from April 1st – Mother’s Day; Labor Day – Columbus Day.

Game Mania (ages 4-12) Fee: Sun $250; M-Th $225 We have compiled a collection of our best games to be played inside or out. Musical chairs to dodge ball, parachute play to relays! Choose from our extensive list of games for a fun-filled day!

Water, Water Everywhere (ages 4-12) Fee: Sun $275; M-Th $250 Water balloons, water tag, snow ball fights, slip and slide and bucket brigade games are just some of the wacky water fun that will definitely get everyone soaked! Wear your bathing suit and be prepared to laugh!

Smore Fun! (ages 4-12) Fee: Sun $250; M-Th $225 First, explore the nature trail complete with educational signs about the native plants and animals in the area, then roast marshmallows for delicious smores in a roaring fire while you sing along to your favorite camp songs!

Disc Golf (ages 6-12) Fee: Sun$250 M-Th $225 Party on with 18 holes of disc golf! Our course meanders through natural wonders where all the kids will marvel at nature while testing their accuracy throwing frisbees into cages.

Ride On! Sun$250 M-Th $225 This thrilling bike themed party takes place in our 20,000 square foot bike park complete with jumps and a skills course. Perfect for the biking enthusiast!  (ages 6-12)

Customize Your Own! We will customize your child’s party for whatever they are interested in. Some ideas include: Princess Party, Firemen Party, Pirate Party and Holiday Theme Parties.

Birthday Party General Information

  • All birthday parties include 2 hours with a Party Host; planned, theme party with a 45 minute activity; customized invitations; and cleanup.
  • Our birthday parties are designed for children ages 4-12 years old.
  • Parties are scheduled April 1 through mid-June and after Labor Day through November for Sunday afternoons from 3-5pm or *Monday-Thursday with flexible times for any 1+ hour period.
  • Each party is for 12 children, including the birthday child.

Party & Event Coordinator

Marcia Galvin is the Human Resource Director at Normandy Farms Family Campground. She has a degree from Fitchburg College in elementary education, and taught 3rd, 5th, & 6th grade for nearly 10 years before joining the Normandy Farms staff full-time. She has 3 children, two girls and a boy. Marcia is extremely energetic, creative, and personable and is dedicated to designing the perfect party plan for you.

Our team of party hosts at Normandy Farms:
Doris Daniels has been the Recreation Director at Normandy Farms for over 30 years. She and her staff have developed a 5 star recreation program at Normandy Farms and have experience entertaining all age groups with various programs that range in participation from 2 years old to senior citizens.

Special occasions

Are you planning a special event and looking for a unique place to hold it? Whether it’s a wedding, anniversary, reunion, or corporate function we have the perfect place!

  • Both beautiful and multi-functional, this modern post and beam Hall serves as the epicenter of our Lodge and is perfect for a larger audience as it can accommodate up to reclodge_mainhall350 guests. At 60’ x 60’ the layout includes a stage, setting the scene for your special event with ample room for the activity of your choice. A PA system and (4) 80 inch TVs are included.  Restrooms are located adjacent to the main hall, as are additional function rooms.

Fee: $995 for 5 hours
(plus $200 refundable security deposit)

  • At just over 20,000 (37 x 60) square feet, the Loft boasts an intimate yet distinct style and will be the perfect backdrop for your memorable occasion. Our décor of contemporary furnishings accented by warm wood finishes makes for cozy conversational areas. Our gas stone fireplace and bar area for serving drinks and food is a compliment to this perfect location. Additional bistro seating overlooking the banquet hall completes the mood.   An abundance of natural light floods the area from the large windows and doors with softer interior lighting designed to enhance the space during the evening.  The outdoor deck with patio furniture provides the perfect space for guests who may want to enjoy a cocktail under the stars or just a breath of fresh air while taking in the beauty of our spectacular grounds.  The Loft is accessible by stairs and while it does not offer its own private restroom, facilities are available on the lower level of the same building.

Adult Loft

Fee: $495 for 5 hours
(plus $200 refundable security deposit)

  • Our Creative Arts Center is an extraordinary space to meet, play or get work done. This is a 450 square foot venue on the lower level of the Lodge. The Creative ArtsCenter offers ground floor accessibility from the exterior (or interior access via stairs) with convenient access to restrooms. Tables and chairs are provided for up to 70 guests and can be configured to ensure any gathering will be a unanimous success. A wall of floor to ceiling windows provides natural lighting and lends an indoor/outdoor feel to the room. To further enhance the advantages of this room, the Creative Arts Center features a drop down screen and projector with surround sound. Click here to view various room configurations.

  • The Activity Center comes in at 19 x 33 and depending on your chosen set up can accommodate up to 30 guests with seating provided. The Activity Center is the perfect setting for a meeting, crafting or small gathering.  Interior windows overlook the main hall and rest rooms are easily accessible. Tables and chairs are available and may be configured to your desired set up.

  • Our 60 x 30 outdoor Tent is the perfect place for a family gathering.  There are so many benefits that come with switching up your typical event routine. Simply moving the activity outside can spur an influx of new ideas and increase the energy level along with elevating those endorphins. A casual setting equals a casual attitude. Invite your friends outdoors to meet under the tent, taking the tent-by-kkopportunity to chat on a casual level and reap the health and emotional benefits of the fresh air. Our tent offers picnic table seating for 200 along with electricity and lighting. The tent is located adjacent to the Recreation Lodge where restrooms and additional meeting rooms are located.

An outdoor location is perfect for your celebration of love and marriage.  We have various locations that offer a beautiful setting for your ceremony and reception.  Whether you would like to have the pond as your backdrop or our 20,000 square foot lodge, we can tailor your desires to customize your big day.
