Measures how well the team member follows training guidelines and protocol and how well team member complies with instructions and performs under various conditions and circumstances.

Job Knowledge*

Measures effectiveness in keeping knowledgeable of techniques and skills required to be successful, as well as being comfortable with park and area information.

Register & Monetary Procedures

Follows all guidelines and procedures as outlined in the manual including balancing drawer at the end of shift and understands and follows register procedures.

Time Management*

Possesses the ability to plan and organize how to use free time to accomplish tasks and goals in order to be most effective and productive.

Communication*

Measures effectiveness in listening to others, expressing ideas both orally and written and providing relevant and timely information to guests and team members. Ability to be empathetic and use positive terminology is key.

Presentation*

Team member is always in a clean uniform with proper shoes, name tag and positive attitude.
