Mindfulness with Animals 4/18/2026

Join us at the Animal Barn for a special “Mindfulness with Animals” class, where you’ll spend about 30 minutes with our donkeys, goats, and sheep. This session is designed for guests aged 12 and over to help reduce stress and anxiety.
Mindfulness is about being fully present, focusing on the current moment, and becoming more aware of your thoughts and surroundings without judgment. This practice can lead to a more peaceful life.
Animals help foster mindfulness by encouraging focus on the present, offering a unique chance to cultivate awareness and tranquility.
Advance sign up is required, and the class is limited $.
Please note, this activity is exclusively for camping guests, and food and drinks are not allowed in the barn or paddocks.
